Commonwealth dog obedience training club

Eligibility for Membership. Eligibility to obtain Individual, Family or Associate membership in the Club is as follows:

1. Completion of at least one training class / activity or interview with an active member.
2. Approval by the Board of Directors.  A sponsoring member, who is in good standing, meaning one who is up to date on membership dues can expedite your approval.
3. Complete the application and submit for the Club Secretary. 
4. Payment is not required until Membership is activated.  Please choose “Invoice me” as the payment option.  An invoice will be sent to your email once your Membership is approved and activated. If you choose to pay before activation happens, your payment will be refunded in the event your membership is not approved.   Upon completion of the membership application, you will receive two emails from Commonwealth Dog Obedience Training Club (CDOTCC@wildapricot.org)  One will acknowledge your application, the other will provide access to the website with a user name and temporary password.
5. The applicant understands that by requesting membership in the Commonwealth Dog Obedience Training Club, they are assuming liability for any property damage which might result from their participation in any club event or activity and that neither Commonwealth Dog Obedience Training Club, Crimora Community Center, an instructor, or the host party will be responsible for any loss or injury which might occur as a result of the registrant’s participation in any event or activity.
